My Other Side
Other places where I ramble and roam:
- Loose Leafs from a Commonplace. An online journal composed of of poetry, photography, essays, short fiction, and excerpts from longer stories that wander in and out of my thoughts as I go through life.
- NaNoWriMo, which stands for National Novel Writing Month. Yes, I am one of the afflicted. This is a month of madness spent supporting, and being supported by, those like myself, who enjoy pounding their heads against keyboards while pushing the limits of their sanity. It’s fun. I swear. [Honest. I said that with a straight face and everything. Unmedicated too.]
- Katarr Kanticles Press. A small publishing place where some of my friends and I throw out a story or two or three, hoping someone will enjoy reading them as much as we did writing them.
- Project Foxfire. Many of the same authors publishing over at KKP, post their thoughts as well as excerpts in the hopes of attracting some regular readers, supporters, and even other writers. Whether you take the craft seriously or not, if you feel compelled to write, then a support group is paramount. This is mine.
